Decorate Your Party Bus Rental
A party bus will allow you and your colleagues to celebrate in style. Whether you will be recognizing someone's promotion or observing the fact that a large project has been completed successfully, a party bus can be used as a personal nightclub. Decorating your mode of transportation may increase your and your fellow worker's appreciation of the luxurious mode of transportation.
Keep Your Driver In Mind
Before you decorate your bus rental, you will need to seek approval for the types of decorations that you would like to add to the interior of the rental vehicle. Your driver's responsibility is to transport you and your group members safely, plus to make sure that you arrive at each of your destinations on time. If you are going to be using signs, banners, and lighting to decorate your rental, you will need to be aware of where you can display each item.
Your driver's line of vision will be off-limits. This means that you may need to forego placing large groups of helium balloons within the center of the bus or avoid hanging signage across the windows, front windshield, and back windshield that comprises the rental. These restrictions will help you hone in on a particular decor style that will not be overbearing.
If you want to demonstrate pride, by hanging decorations on the outside of the bus, you may be able to place lightweight banners and other signage on the exterior panels of the bus. Indoor decorations can likely be secured to walls or along the flooring that is within the vehicle's seating area.
Coordinate Clothing With The Decor
If you and your fellow workers are going to be celebrating for several hours, you may suggest that everyone coordinates their clothing with the decor that will be used to embellish the inside of the party bus. Matching t-shirts that are representative of the occasion that is being celebrated can be worn by everyone in your group. You can purchase custom posters or banners that bear the same design elements as the clothing.
Use string to secure any signage that will be displayed on the bus. Avoid using tape, hooks, or other items that could damage portions of the vehicle's interior. Consider how much time it will take you to clean up the bus, once the transport service is over. Since there will be many forms of entertainment featured on the party bus, you may want to keep the decorations to a minimum. Most party buses come with sound systems, lighting, and other amenities that will minimize the need for extensive decorations.
